The following delivery methods are available.

• Collect From Retail Outlet

  • Collect your tickets from a selected retail outlet.
  • You will be presented with a list of outlets near you and near the venue after your payment is processed.
  • Collections at least 1 day before the event.
  • Collect Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
  • No charge.

• Express Delivery

  • Express delivery to a work address anywhere in South Africa.
  • Allow 2-3 days for delivery.
  • Deliveries are Monday to Friday.
  • R300.00

• International Express Delivery

  • International express delivery to a work or daytime address outside South Africa.
  • Allow 5-7 days for delivery.
  • Deliveries are Monday to Friday.
  • R1,500.00

• Registered Mail

  • Registered Mail
  • R20.00

• Registered Mail

  • Registered Mail delivery to an address anywhere in South Africa.
  • No charge.

• E-Ticket

  • NB: For All Soccer Matches - Please note that A4 printed tickets will not be accepted as a valid entry. Ticket holders will be required to open the confirmation email received from Ticketpro on your mobile device to enable scanning of your tickets.
  • For All Other Events
  • Print your own tickets.
  • The tickets that you download from the link in the confirmation email, will render in the format of a normal A4 page PDF document.
  • Please: Print the page(s) as is, on A4 paper.
  • Please: Use only black printing (other colors do not scan)
  • Please: Use a high quality printer so that your bar-code is clearly printed and easily scannable
  • Please: Set your printer to Best/Highest quality printing (not draft - faintly printed bar-codes will not scan at the event)
  • Please: Keep the tickets in their original size, as it is, 1 ticket can be printed per A4 page, and any barcode is useable to scan once at the access control.
  • Please: Keep your tickets safe where the bar-code will not be damaged (do not fold ticket across the bar-code)
  • Please: Cut the page to separate the tickets from one another - on the dotted lines... (separated tickets scan faster, please consider the rest of the fans that want to enter the event as well)
  • Do not attempt to distribute copies of your tickets. Persons presenting duplicate tickets will be refused entry.
  • No charge.

• SA20 E-Ticket

    You will receive an email from Ticketpro containing a download link for your tickets at the email address you provided during registration.

  • Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you can’t find it in your main inbox. The tickets that you download from the link in the confirmation email will render in the format of a normal A4 page PDF document.

  • Printed tickets – if you choose to print your tickets:

  • • Print the page(s) as is, on A4 paper.
    • Use only black printing (other colours do not scan).
    • Use a high-quality printer so that your barcode is clearly printed and easily scannable.
    • Set your printer to the highest quality printing (not draft - faintly printed barcodes will not scan at the event).
    • Keep the tickets in their original size, as it is, 1 ticket can be printed per A4 page, and any barcode is useable to scan once at the access control.
    • Keep your tickets safe where the barcode will not be damaged (do not fold ticket across the barcode).
    • Cut the page to separate the tickets from one another - on the dotted lines (separated tickets scan faster, please consider the rest of the fans that want to enter the event as well).
    • Do not attempt to distribute copies of your tickets. Persons presenting duplicate tickets will be refused entry.

  • E-tickets – if you choose to keep the tickets on your phone:

  • • Download each ticket individually or you can download as one PDF.
    • Do not alter the ticket before sharing the ticket via email, WhatsApp, etc. The PDF of the ticket can be downloaded to a cell phone and can be used to scan at the event.
    • Ensure the following to assist with the scanning at turnstiles: At the verification point, please ensure the screen brightness is set to full and zoom in on the barcode of the ticket/s.
    • DO NOT take screenshots or photos of your tickets, as they will not scan. Tickets will only work ONCE at the electronic turnstiles at the venue.
