Payment Terms
• A 100% deposit (or full upfront credit card payment) is required to confirm all bookings.
• No booking can be confirmed without proof of payment, credit card authorization, or bank cheque clearance.
• Vouchers are accepted for Tour Operators only, with strict 30-day payment terms from invoice.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy follows standard industry practice:
• 100% Refund – If cancelled or amended 24 hours before the activity date.
• No Refund – If cancelled on the day of the activity, or in case of no-show without notification.
• Full Refund on Merit – In cases of illness, hospitalization, accident, or death, upon proof submitted.
• Full Refund – If Stormsriver Adventures cancels the activity in the interest of safety.
• No Refund – If the client/operator does not complete the tour.
• Administration Fee – A 10% admin fee applies on all refunds.

Additional Charges
• Any extras not specified are for own account and must be settled before departure.

Important Information
• Promo codes and discounts do not apply to the Adult & Child Combo.
• Guests with special needs should book via phone or email to ensure requirements can be catered for.
• Tours include bottled water, safety gear, equipment, and professional guides.
• The tour ends with a 600m hike.
• Pregnant guests are not permitted for safety reasons.
• Weight limit: approx. 120–130kg, based on harness size (body circumference, not weight alone).
• Minimum age: 5 years (children may participate in tandem with a guide).
• The activity runs in all weather conditions – rain gear provided.
• Wear comfortable clothing and secure, closed footwear (no loose shoes).
