All guests/clients participate on Quad biking tours/activities “AT YOUR OWN RISK”.
No alcohol is allowed if caught drunk or drinking alcohol your tour WILL BE FORFEITED.
- Should you the client damage the quad bike by driving into another quad bike or an obstruction or “roll-it” You shall be required to pay for the damages as determined by the Guide on duty before you leave the activity area. Should there be any dispute between the 2 parties. The hirer of the equipment shall none the less pay for the damages before leaving the activity area. The Owners of the Quad bike will provide invoices for the replacement parts and labour with-in 14 days and provide the hirer a refund if damages claimed is more than the damage sustained.
- You may not operate a quadbike under the influence of drugs or alcohol, If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol your tour will be forfeit and you WILL NOT be refunded.
- 100% Upfront deposit secures your booking.
Long term bookings- up to 30 days before booking date.
- In the event of cancellation within 24hours of confirmed activity date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- The Client is responsible for monitoring weather predictions for the day of their tour, and should the client feel the weather is not suitable for the activity, it is then the client's responsibility to cancel or reschedule the tour 24hours prior to the time of activity date.
- Children younger than 13 years old will be required to ride with one of our experienced guides

Quad bike tours always commence on the hour, ie. 10h00 or under special circumstances on the half hour, ie. 10h30
Kindly ensure you arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your Quad bike tour departure time- Should you arrive 30 minutes later than the Tour departure time-your tour WILL be forfeited and NOT be refunded or rescheduled.

Welcome to Atlantis Dunes and thank you for choosing us to take you on a tour.
This indemnity form states that I am participating in with Twin Venture Pty Ltd tour voluntarily and at my own risk. I am aware that risks exist and may arise during the tour (such has hazards of hiking through the nature reserve and partaking in the adventure activity (i.e. Quad Biking). I am aware that this activity are away from immediate medical facilities and subject to the forces of nature by which death, injury or illness to me or damage or loss to my property may occur.

I accept all risks of participating on the tour. I therefore agree that I release Twin Venture Pty Ltd, and their team/ staff of all responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of my property, injury or death that may arise during the activity in any manner whatsoever through negligence of any nature of other another person, myself or entity during my participation on the activities.
I agree to follow the rules given by the Tour Instructor to:

Obey the rules to drive behind the Tour Guide at all times and
Never ride ahead of the Tour Guide under any circumstances.
Drive 5 meter apart from my fellow participates.
No drifting
No racing
No littering
I allow Twin Venture Pty Ltd to take their Quad Bike keys should I fail to abide by the rules given at the inception of the tour and I will ride along with the Tour Guide (sitting at the back of the guide bike) because I failed to obey the rules and regulations.

Any accidental damage or cause that may occur during the tour on the Quad Bike I acknowledge to pay R1000 before I leave the site.

PICTURES AND VIDEOS
While participating in the tour I agree that my pictures and videos may be used as marketing material on the website and all social media platforms.

I acknowledge that I have accepted the risks stated above and agree to the terms and conditions.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Twin Venture via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. As such, the transaction will reflect as PayGenius: Twin Venture on your statement.
PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.
