Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT REQUIRED UP FRONT. Bookings will only be considered as confirmed once proof of payment of the full invoiced amount has been received. Contact us directly for other minimum deposit arrangements for large groups. Should we be holding more than one enquiry for the same date, the booking will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Review cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy
Normal trips:
* 24 hours before booking: 100% refund
* Day of booking: minimum 4 hours before trip departure: 100% refund minus 15% admin fee
* Late arrivals and no shows: No refund
* Bad weather cancellations: option of rescheduling or 100% refund
Private trips:
* 48 hours minimum before trip departure: 100% refund minus 15% admin fee
* Less than 48 hours before trip departure: No refund
* No shows: No refund
* Bad weather cancellations: option of rescheduling or 100% refund

Customer privacy policy
Blyde Canyon Safaris (PTY) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Blyde Canyon Safaris (PTY) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Blyde Canyon Safaris (PTY) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gatewa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Blyde Canyon Safaris (PTY) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Blyde Canyon Safaris (PTY) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
