Due to adverse weather conditions, bookings may have to be cancelled without warning. All bookings remain valid for 1 year from date of purchase should AfriCanyon / AfriAbseil for any reason need to cancel the booking. We will assist you in rescheduling your booking.
The Minimum age for AFRICANYON is 7 years old.
Indemnity forms for all minors will need to be signed by the minors parents or legal guardians.
In the event of cancellation of booking by the customer, the following rules shall apply
90% refund of booking for cancellation MORE than 30 days prior to booking.
50% refund of booking for cancellation MORE than 7 days prior to booking.
0% refund of booking for cancellation LESS than 7 days prior to booking.
Customers with restrictive medical conditions and or on constant medications MUST advise their Africanyon Guide prior to entry into the Canyon.
Customers that are pregnant cannot undertake either Afriabseil or africanyon activities.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Africanyon is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Africanyon will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the Africanyon bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Africanyon via PayGenius Pty Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGenius Pty Ltd uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Africanyon takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
