We are based at our Activity Desk at Heads up Coffee and Co , Thesen Island, Long Street, Knysna. Th23 Sawtooth LN Directions: drive down Long Street in the direction of the Knysna Heads. Continue down Long Street, over the bridge and onto Thesen Island. At the traffic circle, keep left and park. Heads up Coffee and Co is across milk and Honey

Terms and Conditions
Kayakers are requested to adhere to the regulations explained during the safety briefing prior to setting off. Under no circumstances may kayakers go into the Knysna Heads or surrounding area. Use of the kayaks is restricted to the Knysna Lagoon up to Leisure Island and Bollard Bay, and upriver to the White Bridge (N2).
No shows by guests will forfeit full payment.
Cancellation Policy
Lapsed Bookings & Cancellations by Client or the Company:
a) All cancellations must be done in writing. The below cancellation policy is applicable to all services booked through The Company.
b) Cancellations by the Company: A full refund payment will be made within 15 working days of the cancellation. A refund is subject to deduction of cash deposit fees, if a cash deposit has been made.
c) In the case of a lapsed provisional booking/ confirmed booking the client will forfeit all deposits made.
Cancellation fees:
0 - 13 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost of services reserved
14 - 30 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total cost of services reserved
31 - 41 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total cost of services reserved
All refunds (if granted) will incur a ZAR R 100.00 handling charge if cancelled for ANY reason whatsoever. Bank fees for credit card payments/bank transfers are strictly non-refundable.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Knysna Boat Charters is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Knysna Boat Charters go to every endeavour to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client soon as possible.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Knysna Boat Charters bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Knysna Boat Charters via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Knysna Boat Charters separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

What to bring	Please bring a hat, water, snacks, sun-tan lotion and suitable clothing. Bring a water proof plastic bag to keep valuables in the kayak compartment.
Guests	Spectators are welcome to wait at our offices until the return.
Inclusions	Double kayak, life jacket and paddle
Exclusions	Drinks and snacks are not provided on this activity, but guests are welcome to bring along their own water and refreshments (remember all refuse must be brought off the water again).
