RESERVATIONS
Full payment is required before trip departure.
If payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be canceled.
All changes to reservations are required in writing by e-mail at least 7 days prior to the activity date.
Changes are subject to availability and payment will not be refunded only rescheduled if less than 7 days notice is given
CANCELLATIONS
Clients will not receive a refund in the event of a no show.
We reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions.
Guests must report for the activity unless notified by Sundays River Sandboarding.
In the event of a cancellation by Sundays River Sandboarding, a full refund will be made.
INDEMNITY
All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities.
The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years.
GENERAL
Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions at will.
All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction.
SINGLE Guests
We charge for a minimum of 6 people, therefore if less than 6 people are joining they will still pay for the amount of 6 people.

Customer privacy policy
Sundays River Sandboarding shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Sundays River Sandboarding bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Sundays River Sandboarding via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Sundays River Sandboarding separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Sundays River Sandboarding takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Sundays River Sandboarding chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Sundays River Sandboarding may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
