Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 7 days of departure - 100% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations after 7 days of departure - 100% refund.
If you change your booking date after receiving the email confirmation, we will do our utmost to make these changes where possible. Any request for changes must be made via email, by the person who made the booking/person whose name is on the credit card. If the date you wish to change your booking to, is unavailable, fully booked or we are unable to run a tour on that day, the applicable cancellation charges will apply.

Bookings made within 7 days of departure must be paid in full immediately to secure and confirm the tour.
Minimum of 4 pax required to have a confirmed tour.
Please also note that we do not allow children on our full day scheduled tours. Please contact us directly if you would like to attend a family-friendly wine tour.

General Information
Instructions	* Itinerary is subject to the wine estates’ availability on the day. We accommodate up to 13 guests per vehicle. Bigger groups would be quoted on enquiry! Should the date you selected not be available.... not to worry, enquire with us directly and you might be lucky! Wine Flies Wine Tours is a proud member of SAYTC, Cape Town Tourism and HI. Our guides are extremely knowledgeable and have valid Professional drivers permits as well as being SATOUR guide registered. IMPORTANT COVID NOTICE: We are taking all the COVID-19 protocols.

Weather	This service is not weather dependent.
Dress Code	Dress comfortably as you will be going up into a couple of cellars and they have a few flights of stairs to experience the wine making processes as well as to taste directly from a barrel (subject to availability) at your lunch estate.
What to bring	Be sure to bring your own cloth face mask, sunglasses, camera and some sunscreen.
Guests	Only paying guests will be allowed on the tour.
Inclusions	A cellar tour, all wine tastings paired with customized cheese, chocolate and cured meats, as well as lunch are included. • We visit 4 different wine estates (famous farms and some hidden gems only known to locals). • Pair a variety of locally produced, world-class cheeses. • Cellar and vineyard tour, teaching us how wine is made, how to taste wine, food and wine pairing, what bottle to order at restaurants... • A hearty lunch is served in the middle of the wine lands in Stellenbosch. • A diverse range of wine styles: whites, sparkling, reds, dessert wines. • Local treats of cured meats paired with selected wines. • Artisanal chocolate (Fair trade accredited) paired with different wines.
Exclusions	All other meals and drinks and items of a personal nature.
