Rugby venues are permitted to accept up to 50 percent capacity for vaccinated or COVID-19 negative attendees.
Due to these regulations we are sold out.
Failure to adhere to COVID protocols will result in admittance to the venue being denied, or your removal from the stadium.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO LOFTUS VERSFELD STADIUM
IMPORTANT NOTE: Clauses 9, 10 and 15 are important. They make you take on liability and risks and take away your rights and remedies. They also limit and exclude our liability and responsibilities.
10.1 any event held at the Stadium;
10.2 the cancellation or postponement of any event;
10.3 damage to, or theft from, or theft of any vehicle or any of its contents;
10.4 death or personal injury;
10.5 the actions or omissions of any person;
10.6 lost, stolen or misplaced tickets; or
10.7 where we exercise any of our rights in these Terms and Conditions.
11.1 Buy or obtain a ticket with the intention to sell, transfer or use such ticket or any rights pertaining to such ticket, whether for profit or not;
11.2 directly or indirectly sell, dispose of or promote a ticket or any right relating to such ticket;
11.3 use a ticket for advertising, sales or promotional purposes or as part of a hospitality package or make it available or advertise it for any such purpose;
11.4 use a ticket in contravention of 11.1 to 11.3 above;
11.5 directly or indirectly sell or dispose of complimentary tickets.
15.1 When entering the Stadium you (all persons over the age of twelve) must be
15.1.1 fully vaccinated and in possession of a valid certificate;
15.1.2 or in possession of a negative COVID-19 test, recognised by the World Health Organisation, which was obtained not more than 72 hours before the date of entry. You will be considered fully vaccinated two weeks after completing primary vaccination with a COVID-19 Vaccine (i.e. a vaccine that has been scientifically evaluated and recommended by the WHO and approved by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority to be effective in preventing severe disease and death and likely to reduce SARS-VOC-2 viral transmission in order to contribute to herd immunity), and if applicable, at least the minimum recommended interval between doses.
15.2 You will be required to present proof of full vaccination status. The following shall be regarded as acceptable proof of full vaccination status:
15.2.1 The original COVID-19 Vaccination record card or certificate issued by the relevant department of any national government authority; or
15.2.2 The digital COVID-19 Vaccination record card or certificate issued by the relevant department of any national government authority.
15.3 You must follow the standard COVID-19 protocols at all times
15.3.1 Wear a mask except for the short durations when you are consuming food or beverages;
15.3.2 Maintain a distance of 1,5m when seated.
Failure to adhere to these protocols may result in your removal from the stadium.
15.4 You must strictly adhere to the regulations to the Disaster Management Act 57 of 2002 pertaining to COVID-19 when entering into and whilst in the Stadium.
15.5 You acknowledge that you have considered your age, health, co-morbidities and other vulnerabilities prior to entering the stadium and irrevocably indemnifies the Blue Bulls Company (Pty) Ltd in the event that you fall ill or contract COVID-19 following your attendance at the stadium.
16. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
16.2 Your personal information shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned policy.
