Impucuzeko Maskandi Festival

Impucuzeko was registered in 2008 as a Non-profit Company and a Public Benefit Organization.

The core business is to develop skills in the Arts through training and experiential learning.

One of our offerings over the years is the Impucuzeko Maskandi Festival which has been staged annually since 2011.

From a humble spectator base of 10 000, the festival now attracts in excess of 30 000 fans and music lovers from all LSM groups. It has since been aptly dubbed by artists and fans alike as the World Cup? of Maskandi events.

This has been a perfect platform to profile and grow our indigenous music taking it to new heights, placing it at the same level of respect and appreciation as all other music genres.

It has also served as an invaluable activation platform for our partners over the years to grow their brands? reach and exposure to a kept audience.

It has created an enormous arts development platform and economic spin-off for the arts, arts tourism, and the local economy
