TICKETS:

Suite/Stand tickets are valid for the Castle Lager Incoming Series 2024 South Africa vs Portugal hosted at The Stadium (Toyota Stadium) under the jurisdiction of the Free State Rugby Union (FSRU) and Cheetahs Company Pty Ltd (Cheetahs Company). The ticket is valid for the event printed on the front side of this ticket.

Castle Lager Incoming Series 2024 tickets are subject to availability and based on a first-come-first-served basis.

Tickets must be produced at the entrance points and on request of any official, steward, security officer or personnel from the FSRU and Cheetahs Company or Event Organizer.

The bearer of a suite/stand ticket confirms, that by entering The Stadium premises, he/she will be considered to have acquainted themselves with the indemnity displayed on the Important Notice erected on the outside of The Stadium and fully understands the contents thereof.

All seats at The Stadium are reserved and ticket holders must sit according to the seat or stand numbers.

Should matches for any reason beyond the control of the FSRU and Cheetahs Company not take place, no refunds will be made concerning this ticket.

Tickets are not replaceable due to loss, theft, damage, or any other reason.

Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, returned or exchanged.

FSRU and Cheetahs Company reserve the right to substitute the allocated seat of the holder with another, if necessary, without prior notice to the ticket holder.

Different printing options allow a person to have a home-printed version of a ticket or the original Ticketpro ticket. It is the ticket holder's (purchaser?s) responsibility to safeguard his/her tickets and keep the ticket in its original size. See Notes on Home-printed tickets (Ticketpro)

Please ensure to check your tickets before you leave the Ticket Office or before purchasing online tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Any ticket displaying as printed? on the system, will be considered as IN THE PURCHASER?S POSSESSION and will not be reprinted due to loss, theft or damage or any reason whatsoever.

Keep your tickets safe and ensure that the barcode does not get damaged. Do not fold the ticket in the area of the barcode.

Match day tickets are used:

- to scan at the access control (turnstiles)

- to indicate the seat that you?ll vacate during the event

- to exit before or during the duration of the event.

Ticket resale or ticket touting is not allowed. FSRU and Ticketpro are the only licensed ticket sellers for this event and are the only controlling body to sell Event Tickets either at the FSRU Ticket Office or through the official website.

Game Day tickets may not be handed to another person either over or under the turnstiles without swiping the barcode. Game Day tickets may not be exchanged through the fence or via any action where one person has already entered The Stadium, and the receiver of the ticket/-s is still outside The Stadium. Only the cardholder may swipe his/her ticket(s) at the turnstiles, except when ticketing officials assist.

Please take note that any special discount will be advertised for a specific time frame, and can?t be redeemed after the advertising period. Any specials forming part of the ticket package can also only be redeemed before the set date (if applicable).

FALSE/INVALID MATCH DAY TICKETS: Make sure that you buy your rugby tickets only through the Toyota Stadium ticket office or online via our official supplier (Ticketpro) https://www.ticketpros.co.za/portal/web/index.php?sort_order=&category=rugby& or the official Cheetah website www.fscheetahs.co.za.

No entry will be permitted to any person presenting false Match tickets. Fans are cautioned against purchasing tickets through unauthorized online re-sellers - these tickets are fraudulent and will not be accepted.

The Free State Cheetahs (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for consequences that arise from the purchase of unauthorized tickets.

DISABLED PERSONS:

Disabled seats can only be purchased through the Ticket Office of Toyota Stadium.

PARKING:

Parking can NOT be purchased and current parking holders will be notified of changes.

Persons with a valid parking ticket may only park in the area as printed on the valid ticket.

FSRU and Cheetahs Company reserve the right to substitute the allocated parking of the holder with another, if necessary, without prior notice to the ticket holder.

Persons with a Drop-off ticket (valid for a vehicle) must be in possession of a service ticket/accreditation (per person). You need both to enter the stadium with a vehicle for drop-off.

Drop-off areas can only be occupied for 30 minutes and are not a match-day parking area.

Toyota/Lexus vehicle owners are allowed to park in the designated Toyota Park area for FREE. Parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and once the area is full, entrance to this area will be blocked. We can not guarantee that this parking area is inside The Stadium.

Toyota/Lexus vehicle owners parking in the Toyota Park area can only receive access if they are already in possession of a valid match day ticket, plus all occupants in the vehicle.

Tailgating is not allowed in Toyota Park or any other parking area (inside the stadium) the consumption of alcoholic beverages or soft drinks and the grilling of various meat products.

ADMISSION:

Free State Rugby Union (FSRU) and Cheetahs Company Pty Ltd (Cheetahs Company) will do whatever we can to expedite the entry and exit of spectators. You can assist us by having your required tickets ready and coming to the venue early (2 - 3 hours before kick-off) to avoid long queues.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of FSRU and Cheetahs Company may result in access refusal or possible arrest.

The ticket holder hereby indemnifies and holds the FSRU and Cheetahs Company harmless from and against all damages and liabilities suffered or incurred in connection with, resulting from or arising out of any breach of the T&C.

Admission to The Stadium and Venues is at the ticket holders? own risk and indemnifies Free State Rugby Union and Free State Cheetahs (Pty) Ltd from any claims whatsoever resulting out of the admission into the stadium.

Neither FSRU nor Cheetahs Company, or any person/company acting on behalf of the FSRU and Cheetahs Company, shall be liable for any loss or damage sustained within the premises or personal injury or accident to the ticket holder.

Please be advised that FSRU and Cheetahs Company Terms and Conditions also refer to The Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Act, 2010 (Act No 2. Of 2010) to ensure full compliance with the Act and all other relevant legislation to sports events.

By purchasing a game day ticket and/or having a ticket in your possession and entering The Stadium a person confirms that he/she will at all times comply with the Basic Stadium Conduct, or any other act/regulation related to sports events.

Any permanent or temporary Kiddies Area is at children's and parent's own risk.

GENERAL RULES:

FORBIDDEN: Any items (Prohibited Items at The Stadium) displayed on the Important Notice on the outer perimeter of The Stadium. Any items classified under the above may be confiscated at the entry points. Refer to www.fscheetahs.co.za.

Not allowed at the venue:

- Bringing in any alcoholic or 0 % alcohol beverage

- The Important Notice refers to footage for private use, BUT the equipment used to record this may not be video cameras/camera recording equipment (cellphones excluded) OR any professional equipment with a longer focal length and additional lenses. Meaning, any camera that can take professional, zoom-in photos of individuals from a distance.

o The players are professional sportsmen with Media Rights that need to be protected.

- The Important Notice refers to No Animals? however, guide dogs are allowed for persons who are blind or visually impaired.

- Raw meat, gas/wood/charcoal braais

- Hubbly-bubbly

- Firearms, or items considered as a weapon

- No gas spray cans (for example pepper spray)

- Also referring to the Important Notice

Allowed at the venue:

- Cooler box with non-alcoholic drinks, water, ice and snacks

- Notice: every person entering will be body searched and you?ll be required to open any handbags, carry bags, cooler boxes etc.

The Stadium has food stalls and bars (selling alcoholic beverages, cold drinks and water) and we invite you to support them.

No liquor may be consumed on the main stand (block T1 T11) with the exception to private suites in these areas.

Children may not consume or buy any liquor. Liquor Act 59 of 2003 determines that you must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol in South Africa. Staff may request your ID before selling alcohol to you.

Smoking/vaping/hubbly-bubbly is prohibited on the stands and in suites.

Ambush marketing is not allowed at The Stadium associate oneself with sporting or cultural events to associate one?s image with them while avoiding paying the organizers?
